RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return
jewelry items, when they are unused and in their original condition (including
original packaging and tags) within 15 business days, for a full refund
(refunds do not include shipment costs).

Please note that the return instructions, return address, etc. are included in
the packaging slip you received with your order.

Upon receiving your returned items, our quality assurance department will
review each one. Please note, that items showing signs of wear and tear or
items that have been engraved, altered, re sized, or damaged in any way will
be, and cannot be returned. Returns with no return authorization number,
and items that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.

Ronit Jewelry will not be responsible for any losses or damages to returned
shipments so please ship and insure items accordingly.

REPAIRS

Ronit Jewelry offers only the highest quality merchandise, If for any reason a problem
occurs with your item you may contact us and we will fix it for you.

BILLING

The payments in our site executed by PayPal, you can purchase items using
your PayPal account or with your credit card.
(You don’t need a PayPal account to pay using your credit card)
